Julie Vogt
Artist Biography
Julie Vogt is originally from Chicago, but she resides in Mesta Park now and is thoroughly enchanted with the charms of the neighborhood, local businesses and incredible people she has meet over the past two years!
Julie and her husband, Randy, have raised a whole family of artists! Their son Andrew is a Jazz Bassist in Chicago. Lauren is a Graphic Artist and Ivy studied Musical Theatre at OCU.
What inspires Julie to pick up a paintbrush is something inspirational she wants to remember, a verse, a quote, or a moment in time. She especially enjoys capturing someone in the midst of expressing his or her God‐given passion. Since 1995 she has done live paintings for groups of people at schools, churches, community events and for organizations.
Julie's work was included in our Inaugural Group Exhibition, Summer 2016.
