Tony Hebert
Tony is a native Oklahoman who has spent the past twenty years honing his passion for photography. Tony began his career in photography in high school where he was fortunate to be able to enroll in photography classes as an elective. From the first day of that high school class, Tony was hooked. During those four years of high school, Tony worked exclusively with film, to include 35mm, medium format, and large format films. Tony became enthralled with working in a darkroom and seeing an image come to life before him on photographic paper as it passed through the various bins of developing chemicals. This early foundation sealed his fate.
For the past eleven years, Tony has been professional photographer who has sought out some of the most beautiful landscapes and desired to present them in unique ways. While landscape photography was Tony's first love, the past few years have been dedicated to astro-landscape photography and showcasing the beauty of the night sky alongside gorgeous landscapes.
Tony owns and operates 319 Photography and in addition to creating images, Tony also hosts highly successful photography workshops throughout the United States. Through his workshops, Tony is able to pass on his knowledge of his craft and share in his passion for photography with others. Tony's other accomplishments include publications in media and being the recipient of several awards for his unique photography. In fact, the next time you are in the State Capitol building, look for Tony's award-winning piece, The Three Sisters, on display.
